Care & Cleaning
Wipe with soap and water, then air dry. For visible residue, spray with soapy water, scrub gently with a soft-bristle brush, or soak briefly before rinsing. Avoid alcohol- or citrus-based cleaners, as they can damage or discolor the yarns. Do not wash in a dishwasher or washing machine, and do not iron or dry with heat. A high-temperature sanitizer may be used up to once per week.
Storage
Store flat and dry. Do not fold or crease. If creases occur, lightly steam using a handheld steamer on the lowest heat setting.

Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.
If within 7 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping. Furniture is nonrefundable.
Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items shipped direct from the vendor.
