Shipping Information

Most products are shipped from our warehouses to arrive within five business days of when you placed your order. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may arrive within one to two weeks, and items ordered together might not arrive in the same box. The standard shipping charges cover Parcel Post Delivery

Some larger products we do not have the ability to ship. These items are only available for "Local Delivery" which encompasses the entire State of New Jersey. Products categories requiring local delivery are Furniture, Wall Art, Mirrors, Lamps / Lighting and oversized items. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please feel to call any of our retail locations.

Returns & Exchanges

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
Attention to design, materials, safety and construction are our priority. Upon receipt, please inspect your purchase and notify us of any damage; we will arrange for a prompt replacement.


If within 7 days, you are dissatisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase for a refund of the merchandise value. An original receipt or gift receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount indicated on the gift receipt. Depending on the reason for return, you may be responsible for return shipping. Furniture is nonrefundable.


Returns with original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment. We cannot accept returns on monogrammed, personalized, special-order items, or on items shipped direct from the vendor.
