Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@spottedwhale.com within 7 days of delivery.

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

All furniture is non-returnable and non-refundable.

We also do not accept returns on:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Special order items

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@spottedwhale.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

For furniture deliveries, any visible damage must be noted at the time of delivery.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
