Handwoven in India from 100% polypropylene, this rug is soft underfoot yet incredibly resilient. The low-profile 0.25" pile keeps it sleek and functional, making it easy to place under furniture or in busy spaces.

Care Instructions:
- Vacuum regularly using a standard floorhead; keep brushes lifted away from the surface
- For deep cleaning, hose down and gently scrub with mild dish soap and water; air dry only
- Do not machine wash or tumble dry
- Use an outdoor rug pad to prevent slipping, stretching, and to add comfort
- Rotate periodically for even wear and consistent color
- Allow rug to dry fully after exposure to excess moisture to prevent mold or mildew

General Shipping Information
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your items.
Parcel-sized orders ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Please note there may be a brief delay between label creation and carrier pickup.
Delivery timelines provided on product pages are estimates and may vary due to carrier or vendor delays.
Furniture Shipping & Delivery
Many furniture pieces ship directly from our vendors and may require additional handling time. Estimated ship times are listed on each product page.
Furniture may be delivered via third-party freight carriers during standard weekday delivery hours. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery when applicable.
Please inspect all furniture carefully upon delivery. If visible damage is present, refuse the shipment and note “damaged” on the delivery paperwork. Failure to report damage at the time of delivery may prevent us from filing a claim on your behalf.
All furniture damage claims must be reported to info@spottedwhale.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in the same condition you received them
- Tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved prior to being sent back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Damages & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@spottedwhale.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
