Crafted from Chilewich's signature tufted TerraStrand® yarns, its refined pattern adds subtle texture and visual interest while delivering exceptional durability for both indoor and outdoor spaces. Perfect for bathrooms, entryways, patios, terraces, and poolside areas, this hardworking mat is built to handle the elements while maintaining its sophisticated style.

Made in the USA, Skinny Stripe is constructed by tufting custom extruded yarns into durable loops and bonding them to a waterproof, non-skid vinyl backing that stays securely in place without the need for a rug pad. Resistant to mold, mildew, and chlorine, the 0.25" thick mat dries quickly and performs beautifully in all weather, making it an ideal choice for high-traffic spaces year-round. It is available in four standard sizes: doormat, utility mat, big mat, and runner.

For a personalized fit, custom sizing is available with an approximate six-week lead time. Most custom mats feature stripes running parallel to the longer side, include the same durable no-slip vinyl backing, and ship rolled without tags. Please note that production tolerances of ±3–5% apply, special shapes and rounds are unavailable, and all custom orders are final sale.

Keeping your Skinny Stripe Shag Mat looking its best is simple. Vacuum, shake out, or hose off to remove dirt, and allow it to air dry. Blot spills promptly with a damp, lint-free cloth, or hand wash with mild detergent for a deeper clean. Avoid acetone, Pine-Sol®, citrus-based cleaners, and machine washing, as these may damage the mat's materials.
