You will receive a phone call within 1- 2 business days to collect information and to schedule your complimentary onsite quote.

To provide the most accurate quote, please include clear photos and a detailed inventory of all items you’d like wrapped. This helps us prepare properly and reserve the right materials for your job.

The Spotted Whale Team can come to your home to measure all areas that are going to be wrapped. The Spotted Whale Team will need:

Access to all areas of the house where furniture is being wrapped

Your quote will be emailed to you within 1-2 business days of the onsite appointment or pictures/inventory list. 

Expect 2 quotes in this email.  One quote will be for the furniture to be shrink wrapped and the additional quote will be for The Spotted Whale team to return the following season to unwrap and set up for you.  Additionally, you can request for a light power wash of your unwrapped furniture. Unwrapping in the spring is optional.

Quotes for shrink wrapping are based on linear footage.  For the 2025-2026 season, the cost is $20 per linear foot. This price is inclusive of travel time and material costs. Unwrapping in the spring starts at $150 (with an additional $30 charge for each additional grouping).

You can add a light power wash for $95 (with an additional $30 charge for each additional grouping)

*Please note that our team does not move furniture off of balconies or roof decks.  Small spaces can make it difficult to wrap furniture; if furniture needs to be moved it must be done in advance by the homeowner.

Please Note:

We generally do not schedule appointments after the last week of November due to weather conditions. However, if you require service during the winter months, we are happy to accommodate your request. Please be aware that there is a high likelihood of rescheduling due to weather constraints, and we may need to find an alternative date that works for both parties as we get closer to the date.

The homeowner does not need to be onsite at the time of wrapping unless our team needs access to the house to reach areas where furniture is being wrapped.  If you have opted for us to return in the spring, The Spotted Whale Team will take photos to ensure things are set up properly in the spring.

*Please Note: Shrink wrapping is weather dependent.  Moisture on the ground, active rain, or winds exceeding 10 mph will compromise the wrap’s integrity.  In the event of inclement weather, we will reach out to reschedule your appointment.

The Spotted Whale Team will return to unwrap your furniture, dispose of wrap and waste material, and reposition the furniture to its original location. The Spotted Whale Team will need access to all areas of the house where furniture is being unwrapped.
